As I watch the events unfold at the Global Climate Action summit, I am reminded what the President of Kiribati said 20 years ago…urgent action is needed to to mitigate this crisis. Few people listened then to his pleas. I am heartened to see how things have changed over the past 20 years. Thousands of people are at the summit to combat global warming. There are dozens of groups attending from science, business, education and government with brilliant ideas on how to combat this existential as well as environmental threat.
However, much more needs to be done. As the science has improved, the risks appear to much graver. Torrice Media is dedicated to helping tell some of these stories of how we need to shift to 100 percent renewable energy.
